D50 Coffee Destoner Machine
batch size:50 kg Max.
noise level:80 dB(A) Rated
power:0.37 kW
An efficient and compact device designed to physically remove stones and other small objects after the roasting process, the destoner is one of the key elements of each roasting line. It is essential in order to keep your coffee grinders from breaking down. We designed the device to be as user-friendly and easy to operate as possible. The destoner uses a combination of gravity and airflow to separate coffee beans from unwanted material, with a success rate of around 99%.
The D120 is the largest destoner in our range, with capacity for batches up to 120 kg. It is intended for production lines whose actual roasted-coffee transfers require that scale. Evaluate it as part of the complete line, including floor loading, transfer heights, access, separated-material collection, downstream capacity, and safe service space.
The D120 handles batches up to 120 kg. Check that the upstream equipment can deliver the batch in the intended sequence and that downstream handling can accept the processed coffee without creating a bottleneck. Normal and peak batches should both be considered when validating the model.
The D120 uses airflow and gravity to create different movement for roasted beans and denser foreign objects. Its approximate separation rate is 99%. Correct airflow, loading, coffee properties, and material density remain important, so the machine complements rather than replaces the production line’s quality-control procedures.
The D120 is rated at 1.5 kW, weighs 285 kg, operates at 50–60 Hz, and has a maximum noise level of 80 dB(A). Its size and weight require deliberate floor, access, and handling planning.
Choose D120 when real batches exceed 75 kg and require capacity up to 120 kg. Choose D75 when 75 kg is sufficient and its lower 135 kg weight and 0.75 kW rating fit the facility better. D120 weighs 285 kg and is rated at 1.5 kW, so additional capacity brings materially different installation requirements.
