The D50 is relevant when roasted-coffee batches exceed the D15’s 15 kg limit but remain within 50 kg. Select it from the largest batch reaching the destoner and the timing between roaster discharge, cooling, transfer, and the next production stage. Maximum capacity should provide workable flow, not simply match a model name.

The D50 handles batches up to 50 kg. Use the maximum only as one sizing boundary. Normal batch volume, the number of transfers per hour, available buffer capacity, coffee handling method, and downstream equipment determine whether D50 is the correct choice for the full production line.

The D50 combines gravity and controlled airflow so roasted coffee and denser objects follow different paths. Its approximate separation rate is 99%. Performance depends on correct adjustment, loading, coffee properties, and the material being separated, so normal inspection procedures should remain in place.

The D50 is rated at 0.37 kW, weighs 91 kg, operates at 50–60 Hz, and has a maximum noise level of 80 dB(A). Its dimensions and working clearances are included in the technical data.

The D50 accepts up to 50 kg and is rated at 0.37 kW; the D75 accepts up to 75 kg and is rated at 0.75 kW. Choose from the largest real batch and line timing. D75 provides more capacity but is also heavier, so verify floor space, transfer height, service access, and workflow before moving up a model.
