Confirm the choice from actual batch flow, transfers per hour, available room, service access, and the equipment before and after the destoner.

Controlled airflow carries roasted coffee through the machine while gravity and density cause stones and other heavy objects to separate. The approximate separation rate is 99%, not complete removal under every condition. Adjustment should reflect batch loading, bean density, roast development, and the foreign material encountered.
