Épierreur D75

Description de Épierreur D75

What production scale is the D75 designed for?

The D75 supports roasted-coffee batches up to 75 kg. It is relevant when a 50 kg destoner does not provide enough capacity for the largest transfer or required buffer. Confirm the choice from actual batch flow, transfers per hour, available room, service access, and the equipment before and after the destoner.

What maximum batch can the D75 process?

The D75 handles batches up to 75 kg. Do not size the machine from this number alone. Check the normal batch, peak batch, hourly line output, method and timing of coffee transfer, and whether the destoner can be accessed and emptied without interrupting the production sequence.

How do airflow and gravity separate foreign material in the D75?

Controlled airflow carries roasted coffee through the machine while gravity and density cause stones and other heavy objects to separate. The approximate separation rate is 99%, not complete removal under every condition. Adjustment should reflect batch loading, bean density, roast development, and the foreign material encountered.

What power, noise, weight, and installation requirements should be planned for the D75?

The D75 is rated at 0.75 kW, weighs 135 kg, operates at 50–60 Hz, and has a maximum noise level of 80 dB(A). Its dimensions and required access are included in the technical data.

Should I choose the D75 or the D120?

The D75 accepts up to 75 kg, is rated at 0.75 kW, and weighs 135 kg. The D120 accepts up to 120 kg, is rated at 1.5 kW, and weighs 285 kg. Choose D120 only when batch flow requires the additional capacity and the facility can support its larger footprint, weight, and handling requirements.
