Have questions?

Is the C15 suitable for a growing commercial roastery?

The C15 is a practical option when regular batches fall within 3–15 kg and the production plan requires up to 60 kg/h. Its broad loading range can support varied order sizes while leaving capacity for growth. The final decision should also consider heating preference, ventilation, available space, and the number of planned roasting shifts.

How much coffee can the C15 roast per batch and per hour?

The C15 handles 3–15 kg per batch and roasts up to 60 kg/h. A roast cycle takes approximately 10–15 minutes. Use these figures as planning values; actual throughput depends on the roast profile and the operating steps between successive batches.

Is the C15 available as a gas or electric coffee roaster?

Yes. The C15 is available with propane, natural gas, or electric heating. Its electrical systems are rated at 220 V, 50–60 Hz, and 1.5 kW, while complete requirements depend on the selected heating configuration.

What ventilation does the C15 require?

The C15 requires 540 m³/h roasting exhaust and 800 m³/h cooling exhaust through separate nominal 150 mm connections. Wall openings and duct routing depend on the site and must account for operating temperatures, pressure, fire safety, and local building requirements.

Should I choose the C15 or the C30?

The C15 covers 3–15 kg batches and up to 60 kg/h, with propane, natural gas, or electric heating. The C30 covers 10–30 kg and up to 120 kg/h, with propane or natural gas. Choose C15 for broader small-batch flexibility; choose C30 when regular batches and production targets genuinely require the larger format.
