Double-layer cast-iron drum for stable heat distribution and consistent bean development.
Intuitive roasting panel with real-time temperature, airflow and profile control.
For uniform heat transfer to the beans in every batch you roast.
Thermal stability, long life of structure, minimal thermal expansion.
Uniform heat transfer to the beans, ensures minimization of scoring.
Yes. The C2 is designed for batches from 0.3 to 2 kg, making it relevant when a business needs controlled small-batch production rather than the output of a larger shop roaster. Compare it with your normal batch size and its 8 kg/h capacity to confirm that it fits your daily schedule.
The C2 handles 0.3–2 kg per batch. Roasting takes approximately 8–15 minutes, and hourly capacity is up to 8 kg. Use the hourly figure for production planning, but allow for the selected roast profile and the handling time between cycles.
The C2 is an electric roaster rated at 220 V, 50–60 Hz, and 6.0 kW.
The C2 requires 340 m³/h roasting exhaust airflow through a nominal 100 mm connection. The required wall opening and complete duct design depend on local conditions and must comply with the applicable ventilation, fire, and building requirements.
Choose the C2 when your normal batches fit 0.3–2 kg and an electric-only machine rated at 8 kg/h meets the production plan. Choose the C6 when you need 2–6 kg batches, up to 24 kg/h, or a choice of propane, natural gas, and electric heating. Compare normal batch size, not only maximum capacity.
You can actually predict what the result would be
