For uniform heat transfer to the beans in every batch you roast.
Thermal stability, long life of structure, minimal thermal expansion.
Uniform heat transfer to the beans, ensures minimization of scoring.
The C60 is intended for high-volume roasting operations that regularly need 30–60 kg batches and output up to 240 kg/h. Its capacity and exhaust requirements should be justified by the real production schedule. Review loading, cooling, downstream handling, gas supply, available space, and ventilation as one production-line decision.
The C60 roasts up to 240 kg/h, handles 30–60 kg per batch, and completes a roast in approximately 10–15 minutes. Treat 240 kg/h as a planning maximum; the actual schedule depends on roast profiles and the workflow for loading, discharge, cooling, and downstream handling.
The C60 uses propane or natural gas. Its electrical systems are rated at 220 V, 50–60 Hz, and 4 kW. Tell us the installation country and selected gas so we can confirm operating pressure, electrical circuit, protection, connectors, and local requirements before site work begins.
The C60 requires 1,750 m³/h for both roasting and cooling exhaust. The nominal connections are 200 mm for roasting and 250 mm for cooling. This is a materially larger airflow requirement than smaller models, so duct routing, make-up air, wall openings, temperatures, and pressure conditions must be engineered for the site.
Choose the C60 when regular batches are 30–60 kg and the production plan benefits from capacity up to 240 kg/h. Choose the C30 when 10–30 kg flexibility and up to 120 kg/h are sufficient. C60 also requires much more exhaust airflow, so space and ventilation can decide the choice even when future output favors the larger machine.
You can actually predict what the result would be
